Shipping and Delivery Policy

We choose to use couriers and/or Australia Post throughout Australia to protect your purchase and track the delivery. We have a very competitive rate of $5 (AUD) delivery anywhere in Australia. For wholesale orders the delivey rate is $10 per order. The usual time of delivery will be five working days. Should this be longer, we will contact you by phone or email and advise.

Refund Policy

At Being Dad, every dispatched item is checked and packaged with care. However we are unable to take responsibility for loss or damage of goods in transit. Should an item be faulty, we urge the purchaser to contact us via phone or email to discuss. Faulty items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, with labels and packaging intact and receipt included.

Being Dad will give a full refund for faulty items, on approval of fault. Shipping costs will not be included in refund
